  • Book a phone consultation to get to know us better, ask questions and see if we are a good fit. After you sign up you will receive a short online questionnaire about what you are looking for in a website. Please be sure to fill this out at least a day before our meeting.

  • After the phone consultation and other discussions with you we will work up a proposal. After you approve, you can schedule your start time and make your first payment—all conveniently online.

  • After you make your first payment you will receive onboarding materials and a milestone timeline to make sure we launch on time.

  • We will start creating your website. Please read all about our design process below..

Our Design Process

Here are the steps we'll be taking to get your project from start to finish:

 

  1. Discovery - through a process of questionnaires, phone meetings and/or emails, we'll gather all the information we need to have the best understanding of your organization and goals. 

  2. Architecture - just like a building, a website needs a blueprint. Together we'll determine the best way to organize your website and sketch out a rough outline (wireframe).

  3.  Content - with a solid blueprint in place it will be your job to collect, organize, edit, proofread and deliver to us content for each page of the website.

  4. Design - at the same time you are working on content we will be creating a non-functioning comprehensive layout starting with showing possible design directions (mood boards), going to a mockup of at least your home page.

  5.  Development - with all the necessary architecture, content, and design elements in hand we'll create the first working version of your website.

  6.  Launch - getting your website "go live" ready will inevitably require some revisions and polish.  Once the website is ready, we'll go through the final launch checklist.

  7.   Warranty - your site is now live!  We will train you how to manage the website and help you solve any issues (one month warranty).
